Venue > Practical information

The meeting will take place in Sète at Domaine du Lazaret, from Monday September 8 (morning) until Wednesday September 10 (afternoon).

We are happy to meet you at a welcome coffee, on Monday September 8 at 9:00am, before the first presentation at 9:20am.

Full accommodation is included in the registration fees (single or shared room, with all meals).

Time slots for meals (buffets) are the following:
   . breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30
   . lunch from 12:00 to 13:30
   . dinner from 19:00 to 20:30

Participants are thus expected to arrive in Sète on Sunday (afternoon), and to leave on Wednesday afternoon. 
The reception is open between 8:00am and 8:30pm. Contact us if you arrive/leave outside of this time window.

To reach the venue:

• From the SNCF train station, by taking the bus 3 (duration: ≈ 22 minutes).
